My training philosophy is centred around sustainability, safety, and individual needs, working with healthcare professionals to provide a robust and informed service. 

I believe fitness should support everyday life, not compete with it. Sessions are designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence while respecting medical considerations, lifestyle demands, and long-term health goals.

By combining clinical understanding with practical coaching, I can help clients move better, feel stronger, and maintain independence at every stage of life.

My end goal is to help people manage conditions better through structured exercise rather than with a reliance on medication and the NHS.

Parkinson's Disease

Having completed the Parkinsons UK approved course in delivering boxing training to those living with Parkinsons, I am one of less than 20 people in the UK, qualified through boxercise as a means of managing the symptoms of Parkinsons.

Alongside boxing, gym-based strength work is used to maintain muscle mass and to encourage confidence with functional day to day tasks.

Many of my current clients are referred to me via a Neurological Physiotherapist with whom I work in tandem, providing regular assessment reports, for the benefit of the client.

I am available to help people living with the aforementioned conditions in a variety of ways from single person face to face, to group session and home visits.

All referred sessions are documented and shared with the relevant healthcare professional.
